Descripción del puesto

As Catalog Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and performance of Dipli’s product catalog, which powers device pricing, resale, logistics, and customer decision-making across marketplaces, retailers, and omnichannel environments.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, ecommerce, and operations, making sure our catalog reflects the breadth, accuracy, and depth needed to deliver trusted circular economy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalog Ownership: Manage and optimize Dipli’s product catalog for refurbished electronic devices across multiple resale channels (retailers, marketplaces, telcos).

  • PIM Implementation: Drive the rollout of Dipli’s new Product Information Management system, working closely with product, data, and operations teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term value creation.

  • Data Governance: Ensure product attributes, classifications, and device conditions are standardized and consistent to support pricing, logistics, and resale decisions.

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with the data team, product, and operations to align catalog structures with trade-in programs, refurbishment requirements, and customer needs.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor catalog coverage, data completeness, and SKU performance, proposing improvements to enrich customer experience and business outcomes.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of ecommerce and marketplace best practices to continuously improve catalog inputs, competitiveness and positioning.


Requisitos

Education:

  • Engineering school preferred.

  • Business school candidates welcome with extensive knowledge in data management.

  • Experience: 5+ years in catalog management, ecommerce, marketplace, or digital product data management.

Skills:

  • Expertise in catalog structuring, taxonomy, and data quality.

  • Proven experience in PIM implementation or management.

  • Ability to work with large datasets and collaborate with technical/data teams.

  • Understanding of ecommerce KPIs and marketplace dynamics.

Mindset:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented.

  • Strong collaborator within cross-functional and scaling environments.

  • Passion for sustainability and circular economy is a strong plus.
