Brand Strategy & Insights Manager Global Brands Europe
The Brand Strategy & Insights Manager Global Brands Europe is responsible for giving strategic recommendations regarding brand & portfolio strategy, Brand positioning & Jobs To Be Done, Brand Equity, brand activations and innovations. Focus brands for this role are Corona, Budweiser and Stella Artois across our 6 main European markets (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany & UK). The Strategy Manager represents the voice of our consumers and is responsible for driving a consumer led insights agenda to lead and grow our brands and the category.

The role:
Supporting the Senior Strategy Manager to give strategic recommendations on how to build a strong portfolio with Powerful and Meaningful brands, focusing on future growth recommendations for portfolio and brands as part of our 1YP
Leading projects and translate insights into recommendations on how to optimize brand activation plans and creatives that strengthen the brand equity
Leading projects to develop and launch consumer led innovations in the market
Leading strategic projects to identify consumer and category trends, competitors and opportunities for brand improvement. Deliver strategic recommendations by connecting different data sources (1st and 3rd party data) to drive insights into action
Taking full advantage of Marketing Academy training to develop your Marketing skills and apply them in your day to day
Influencing stakeholders at different levels, building and maintaining collaborative cross-functional relationships across the BU’s & at Zone
Managing the strategy budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact

What we are looking for:
Preferably Master / University degree in business oriented applied sciences (marketing, business, finance, analytics …)
At least 3 years relevant Marketing or Commercial experience within ABI, otherwise in a leading FMCG company or renowned (research, creative, …) agency
Multi-disciplinary project management capabilities
Presentation skills to senior management and stakeholders
Marrying analytical skills with strong storytelling abilities
Proven in depth knowledge of our business or clear aptitude to understand it – with a comprehensive understanding of the customer, consumer, brand agenda
Result oriented with respect for quality, costs, timing
Clear demonstration of thinking and acting as owner; Critical thinking, ability to challenge and focus / prioritize
Pragmatic and agile problem solver, not overcomplicating matters
Strong interpersonal leadership qualities to build relationships and teams, lead cross functional initiatives, engage senior stakeholders and proven ability to persuade, bring unsolicited advice and influence to achieve outstanding results
Advanced level knowledge of software programs Excel, PowerPoint…
Fluent English; written & spoken. Local language skills are a definite benefit
