Account Executive Business Team

The Account Executive Business team is instrumental in driving Zefir's growth by building and expanding our community of real estate agents. Our mission is to create a unique real estate marketplace that fosters seamless collaboration among professionals.

Responsibilities/Mission

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting strategy, qualification, closing, and onboarding.

  • Identify high-potential real estate agents and build a strong pipeline.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Management and Operations teams to optimize internal processes.

  • Contribute to developing a distinctive real estate marketplace that enhances cooperation among agents.

Qualification

  • A first experience in B2B prospecting and closing, ideally with limited or no inbound leads.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for implementing new processes.

  • Desire to grow within an ambitious startup environment with direct impact on results.

  • Fluency in English and French is required.
