The Procurement team is Welii's core business. Our team of 5 Buyers IT, led by Agathe, helps our customers to negociate the best SaaS for the best price.
Our Sales team, led by Killian (Sales Director & Co-founder) is a team of 7 people composed of 3 Business Development Representatives, 2 Customer Success Managers, and 1 Account Executive.
The People team, composed of one People Manager, ensures that we hire and retain the best people in the right organization. Employer branding, Talent Acquisition, Distributed Working, Perks & Benefits, Office & Happiness Management, People Retention, Management Enablement, Culture & Values policies, and Internal Information Flow are all topics related to the People function.
