Position

In collaboration with a Practice Manager, your goal is to contribute to brand development by leveraging your business, functional, and technical skills in Salesforce solutions to successfully execute high-value projects for our clients, particularly within the Luxury sector.

Key responsabilities

Lead large-scale factory-type projects in a multi-cloud Salesforce environment.

Be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and defining the solution in conjunction with functional architects.

Coordinate, prioritize, and plan project progress and support project teams in their daily tasks.

Ensure functional and technical translation of business requirements.

Manage and coordinate internal and external teams by writing reports and being the primary point of contact for client communication.

Assist the client in developing Short-Medium-Long-term Solution Roadmaps and anticipate future project iterations.

Be versatile to concurrently manage different projects and clients at various stages.

Manage allocated resources and project budgets.

Manage risks (financial, human, technical): anticipate, identify, and implement corrective actions.

Analyze project performance by defining KPIs and developing reports.

Master Agile methodology (writing user stories, validating test cases, facilitating agile ceremonies, constructing and monitoring sprints).

Develop acceptance testing and change management strategies when necessary.

Mentor junior consultants in their project management skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Profile

You hold a Master's degree (BAC +5) and have at least 5 years of successful and significant experience in Salesforce project management. You have excellent knowledge of project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and have led complex Salesforce integration projects. You can engage with functional architects and understand Salesforce-related issues.

You excel in communication, active listening, and challenging teams, and you are proficient in both written and spoken English and French. Confident with clients, you can articulate your viewpoints and challenge stakeholders to guide them towards the best solutions for their needs.
