For 5 years, we all work to promote artists and designers around the world in order to break barriers of the art market.

Singulart is growing fast. Our HR/Talent Acquisition team is on the lookout for smart and passionate people to empower artists worldwide! 

We are a 7-people team handling all topics related to hiring, training, labor law, admin, office management...All motivated by a spirit of cooperation, we are working together to provide the best experience to the candidates and to our colleagues.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition IT who will help us recruit future Singularters and meet our ambitious hiring plans for the next years! 🎉

It is a great opportunity to learn how to work as a Recruiter in an art tech scale-up. 

Also, you will be able to bring new ideas to the table in order to continuously improve our work environment and culture! 

Your mission as a Talent Acquisition IT is to work with the HR Team & Tech Team to build a SINGULART dream team by attracting and hiring the best profiles on the market with your colleague Talent Acquisition IT !

Your missions:

  • Attract the best Tech candidates with your most creative ideas and dedication.
  • Love IT hunting: You are a pro on Linkedin, Github, stackoverflow and other platforms!
  • Build strong relationships with tech candidates to make them want to join.
  • Identify potential talent through CVs and in partnership with the Tech Team.
  • Offer a quality experience to candidates thanks to your reactivity and your follow-up of candidates' files.
  • Creating a close relationship with the Tech team: organising team events with Martin, our Head of Tech, monitoring employees, managing their training requests
  • Creation of the Tech employer brand: creation of events, partnerships, events, meetups, schools... 
  • You will be totally autonomous in this position and in constant partnership with the Tech team in order to succeed in your missions. Your expertise will also lead you, in partnership with the HR Manager, to offer training to the TA team and other managers.
  • We will start to habe international people on the Tech Team : you know to recruit around the world (on remote or not !)
  • Requirements:

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience as an IT Recruiter and above all in hunting and recruitment strategy! 
  • You are passionate about the jobs you recruit: you speak Tech
  • You know how to recruit by conducting structured interviews and creating a close relationship at the same time
  • You know how to follow several recruitment processes from A to Z thanks to your rigour
  • Soft skills: you are organised, pugnacious, resilient, like to be challenged, like to sell and negotiate too!
  • You are fluent in English.
