Parella was founded in 2009 by partners eager to provide more specialized and objective real estate solutions for businesses. This approach is also guided by the desire to address all dimensions of space and to support the rapid transformation of our work environments.

After the initial years focused on real estate missions (strategy and transactions) and consulting for office design projects (project management assistance), we quickly expanded our service offerings to better meet our clients' needs.

We provide a range of services, including : Interior Architecture, Turnkey Design & Build Solutions, Real Estate Valuation, Technical Studies Office, Change Management Support, Space Accessorization, Communication Agency Training Programs...

We acquired Parella Netherlands in 2019, leader in independent housing advising for businesses in the Netherlands.

Taking things further, Parella Spain joined Parella Group in 2022. Based both in Spain and Portugal, the company is an expert as an independent consultant in Tenant Representation.

Eventually,in 2023, we welcomed Agilité. The company is specialized in interior design.

This enables us to operate in numerous European countries. Additionally, our membership in the Exis Global network allows us to collaborate with top experts in North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
