The position

Job description

As a Brand Support Engineer, you will be supporting the brand operational teams to enable them to successfully prepare and run the advertising campaigns.

You will be the bridge between the Product and Development teams at Ogury and the AdOps and Customer success teams. Ogury works with some of the biggest clients and publishers in the world so you will be exposed to huge campaigns seen by millions.

What you will be doing

  • Willingness to grow into deep understanding of our AdTech products and of our technical infrastructure (sdk, ad formats, ad server, targeting, programmatic, web applications, cappings, databases)
  • You will be the bridge between the Product and Development teams at Ogury and the AdOps and Customer success teams.
  • You will understand how to configure an advertising campaign, how to smooth its delivery, and how to analyse its performance.
  • Working with a variety of different brands across EMEA on troubleshooting any issues/bugs that may arise during the process of implementing our SDK.
  • You will troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and perform technical tasks whilst pulling data from databases, and work on automation of support manual tasks.

About you

  • Experience in a support function, where you will have supported both external and internal clients/brands
  • You have excellent communication skills, as you will work alongside many different people within the business
  • Prior experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL
  • Experience within digital advertising is nice to have, yet not essential.
  • Comfortable in the usage of a ticket management system, we use JIRA.
  • Knowledge within Advertising is a plus, yet not essential!
