With 30B+ tokens processed each month, our infrastructure and ML teams operate at scale—continuously refining models and delivering high-performance experiences across 20M+ encounters annually.

Meet Martin, cofounder and CTO - Nabla — Meet Martin, cofounder and CTO

Martin is Nabla’s cofounder and Chief Technical Officer. A repeat entrepreneur, he first co-founded Wit.ai, a natural language processing startup acquired by Facebook, after graduating from École Polytechnique. He then joined Facebook AI Research (FAIR), where he deepened his expertise in applied AI.

With firsthand insight into the potential of AI to reduce clinicians' administrative burden, Martin co-founded Nabla in 2018 to build products that support clinical work. As CTO, he leads the engineering team and sets the company’s technical vision, focusing on scalable, reliable systems that give time back to care.

Meet Achraf, Back-end Engineer - Nabla — Meet Achraf, Back-end Engineer

Achraf is a Software Engineer at Nabla, where he focuses on building and scaling systems that power AI features and client integration. After a degree in Computer Engineering from ENSA Kénitra and a Master’s in Quality and Safety of Information Systems from Polytech Angers, and a first experience at Fabernovel, he joined Nabla in December 2020. Achraf brings both technical depth and product intuition to the team, ensuring that Nabla’s models are fast, reliable, and tailored to the real needs of medical professionals.

Meet Marianne, ML Engineer - Nabla — Meet Marianne, ML Engineer

Marianne is a Machine Learning Engineer at Nabla, where she designs and optimizes the AI models behind our medical note generation engine. With a strong background in computational biology and AI—earned through academic work at École Polytechnique, the University of Cambridge, and McGill—she ensures our technology delivers both accuracy and usability for clinicians. Her work is central to making Nabla’s AI assistant a trusted partner in everyday medical practice.

Product and Customer Success team

At Nabla, the Product & Customer Success team is the glue between engineering, design, and clinical expertise. We build the AI assistant that will help clinicians—by removing friction, reducing cognitive load, and giving time back to care. We drive the full product lifecycle, from user research to roadmap, to feature delivery.

On the CS side, we support clinicians end to end, advocate for their needs internally, and play a key role in driving adoption. It’s not just support—it’s about co-building the future of healthcare with our users.

As we evolve into a fully agentic platform, we’re at the start of an ambitious journey: Ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities are all converging into a proactive assistant that intuitively streamlines clinical and financial workflows.

Meet Laurent, CPO - Nabla — Meet Laurent, CPO

Laurent is Nabla’s Chief Product Officer. With a strong background in conversational AI and product leadership, he began his career at VirtuOz and later co-founded Wit.ai, a natural language processing startup acquired by Facebook. At Facebook, he played a key role in building the Messenger assistant, M, and scaling product initiatives at the intersection of AI and user experience.

He joined Nabla to bring that same product-driven mindset to the world of healthcare. As CPO, Laurent leads the product and design teams, crafting intuitive, impactful products that simplify the daily work of clinicians or healthcare professionals.

Sales & Marketing team

At Nabla, our Sales & Marketing team plays a key role in bringing our AI assistant into the hands of clinicians and healthcare organizations. We're not just selling software—we’re sparking a shift in how healthcare works. Marketing builds awareness and trust among practitioners, while Sales partners with clinical and operational leaders to guide seamless adoption.

Together, we identify the right opportunities, and ensure each partnership delivers long-term impact. We work hand in hand with Product and Customer Success to turn interest into value.

As our customer footprint grows, Sales and Marketing ensure our message resonates and our adoption accelerates.

Our clinical team guides the product roadmap for our AI assistant. Our mission is to make sure that what we ship is not just technologically impressive — but clinically meaningful, safe, and truly useful in a real-world healthcare setting.

We work hand-in-hand with product, design, and engineering to shape usability from a clinician’s point of view while always thinking of the patient experience too. We bring deep domain expertise, frontline insight, and an unwavering focus on quality of care.

Dr. Véronique Cayol is one of the key clinical advisor at Nabla. A practicing Obstetrician-Gynecologist, she brings 20+ years of clinical experience to the team. At Nabla, she ensures the product truly supports healthcare professionals, grounding every feature in real-world medical practice. She plays a key role in aligning AI innovation with clinical excellence.
