Explore your future career 🔭

As an IT Support intern at Malt, you will work hand-in-hand with your manager to support a high-growth European scale-up. You act as real support for your manager in his daily actions thanks to real teamwork while becoming autonomous. You will act as a bridge between technical IT support and employee experience.

At the same time, you will be able to invest in internal projects thanks to your proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • International Tech Support (Level 1 & 2): Dive into the heart of our European operations. You will support Malters across France, the UK, Spain, Germany, and Benelux, mastering SIIT to turn technical hurdles into seamless workflows.

  • The Automation Architect: Kill manual work. You will learn to automate the onboarding/offboarding lifecycle, transforming repetitive admin into a streamlined, "set-and-forget" digital engine.

  • Hardware Masterclass: Manage a premium fleet of Macs (M5). You’ll lead configuration, deployment, and preventive maintenance using professional MDM tools to keep our hybrid workforce performing at 100%.

  • Global Asset Strategy: Own the business side of IT. You’ll maintain an accurate global inventory, ensuring our hardware investments are tracked and optimized.

  • Building the "Company Brain": Scale our collective intelligence. You’ll optimize internal procedures and build out our Knowledge Base (tutorials, FAQs, and security guides) to empower every Malter.

  • Mission-Critical Projects: Don’t just support—innovate. You will contribute to continuous improvement projects, developing internal productivity tools that directly impact our remote sites and offices

  •

    About you 🧑‍🚀

    • You are a Master’s candidate (Bac +3/5) in Computer Science or IT. You aren’t looking for a siloed role; you want to explore the full spectrum of IT, from infrastructure to automation.
    • The Digital Investigator: You might not have every answer yet, but you know exactly where to find them. You are resourceful, methodical, and love solving technical puzzles.

    • Proactive Innovator: You have an "Automation First" mindset. If a process feels slow, your first instinct is to build a better version and leave the system stronger than you found it.

    • Global Communicator: Your English is fluent (professional level). You are comfortable being the technical point of contact for our diverse international teams.

    • High "Get-it-Done" Factor: You thrive on autonomy. You learn fast, adapt quickly, and take pride in diagnosing and resolving issues independently.

    • Impact-Driven: You want to see the direct results of your work on a company’s growth. At Malt, your contribution is visible every single day.

  • Interview with Jelly, IT Engineer and possible future manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (30 minutes)
  • Final Interview (case study) with our Lionel ( IT Lead) and Jelly our (IT Engineer), to test your hard skills and long term vision (45-60 minutes)
