• You’ll play a key role in managing employee relations cases, coaching managers and improving people processes, helping to create a positive and well-managed working environment
• Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, practical and compliant advice to managers
• Coach line managers on performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment law best practices
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business
• Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to improvements in people processes
• This role is based on site with travel to other dealerships
• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR advisory or similar role, including handling employee relations and HR casework
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels
