Job description

Fairly Made

FAIRLY MADE® is a French scale-up helping fashion brands become more transparent and sustainable. Its SaaS platform enables brands to take back control of their supply chain data and improve their environmental and social impact—not just on paper, but in practice.

Founded in 2018 by Camille Le Gal and Laure Betsch, this fast-growing mission-driven company has raised €20 million to date, including a €15 million round in 2025 led by BNP Paribas Solar Impulse Venture Fund, GET Fund, ETF Partners, and Frenchfounders. The company aims to establish itself as the leader in a rapidly expanding market.

Fairly Made supports brands across five key pillars: Traceability, Impact Measurement, Eco-design, Supply Chain, and Communication.

From raw supplier data all the way to a transparent Digital Product Passport that the end consumer can scan.

Your mission

Working hand in hand with our Country Manager for Italy & Spain, you’ll drive Fairly Made’s commercial growth in Italy, and progressively in Spain.

  • Outbound prospecting: research target accounts, identify the right stakeholders and run personalised email and calling sequences to book meetings for the Country Manager

  • Inbound qualification: qualify inbound leads for Italy and Spain through first discovery calls and hand them over with a clear deal summary

  • Meeting preparation: prepare a one-page briefing before each key meeting (stakeholders, status, last touchpoints, suggested angle) and keep HubSpot up to date

  • Partners & events: support follow-up with our Italian partner network and coordinate our “Fairly Coffee” events and trade show presence (Milano Unica, Pitti, Lineapelle…)

  • Market intelligence: monitor the Italian regulatory landscape (ESPR, DPP, AGEC, EUDR) and competitor activity, and share insights with the team

Preferred experience

You’re looking for a 4–6 month end-of-studies or gap-year internship.

  • Fluent Italian and English: outreach to Italian brands happens in Italian, internal communication in English. Spanish is a bonus

  • Commercial instinct: you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and feel comfortable talking to senior stakeholders

  • Rigor & organisation: you manage many follow-ups at once without losing track; HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus

  • Resilience & proactivity: you look for solutions, don’t give up and bring ideas to the team

  • Curiosity for sustainability: you want to understand the Italian fashion and sustainability ecosystem; a first commercial experience or a sustainability background is a strong differentiator

Benefits

  • 📈 Fast-growing scale-up: x3 sales growth in 1 year / team expanded from 3 to 60 people in 3 years / €5m fund-raising in 2022 and international expansion;

  • 🤝 A 360° view of the company’s development: your opinion and involvement will always be welcome on related subjects;

  • 🌏 A meaningful mission: working together to make a positive impact in the textile industry

  • 🚍 50% refund of transportation or Sustainable Mobility Package (Forfait mobilité durable)

  • 🏀 Sports benefits program with GymLib
