The Software Engineers and DevOps team is responsible for the industrialization and structuring of the code base, working closely with the underwriting team. At the operational level, these teams are subdivided into squads, themselves defined by type of peril (cyclones, earthquakes, forest fires..) where each interacts directly with stakeholders in a spirit of collaboration.
Focused on quality, maintainability and automation rather than speed of delivery, this team’s approach requires significant teamwork. This is why the profiles sought demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm, intelligence and maturity.

- 2 weekly points with DevOps -Demo every 2 weeks with modelers and subscribers
