We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, entrepreneurial and dedicated IT Support intern/apprentice who ensures technical excellence and quality assurance is embedded into everything they do

• Support technician level 2 and 3

• Will have to administrate an entire Office 365 ecosystem + additional modules (PowerBI + Power automate…)

• Will have to manage company fleet, On-boarding / Off-Boarding / Replacement/ software helpdesk / file management and redact procedure and best practices for users and admins.

• Will have to administrate company IT related software licenses.

• Will have to administrate the Security software solution (Eset)

• At least 1 year of professional experience (through internship is ok) with MS 365 (mandatory)

• Must be at ease with Teams and Power Automate (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge in IT security best practices (mandatory)

• Must be able to come to office to perform the onboarding (mandatory)

• Any experience with Eset is a plus

• Any experience with PowerBI is a plus

• Any experience in helpdesk is a plus

• Any experience in website management is a plus
