Job
In order to support our expansion (France & international), we are looking for a creative, visionary and results-driven Head of Product (HoP).

With a great digital sensitivity and prior product management experience gained in a tech environment, you will lead and develop our Product team based in Paris.

Reporting to Kévin Le Roy, Chief Technology Officer (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevin-le-roy/), you will contribute into developing the Welcome to the Jungle suite of products, alongside with our communities of clients and users.

We believe that the uniqueness of WTTJ solutions is the cornerstone of our success, and our Head of Product will help us promote them as well as our brand and community.
As a Saas company, we think that product excellency is our most powerful tool to achieve that, and it should resonate through our product management team.

Mission
As HoP at Welcome to the Jungle, you will be leading the Product Management team with a focus on increasing the success of the existing and future product lines. Here are some of your future missions:

Strategic Operations
• Being the primary driver of the products’ vision, overseeing the development and management of the roadmap based on WTTJ strategies and vision.
• Ensuring an efficient delivery by aligning the product team with engineering and operations.
• Being key in WTTJ visionary product innovation and development, while ensuring the solutions consistency.
• Bringing a deep understanding of the market and user.

Team & Organization
• Establishing the product management team objectives, set priorities and make sure they are aligned with the company’s goals.
• Designing an efficient product organization.
• Recruiting talents and constituting an A-team.
• Liaising with other departments to design a strategy and drive execution in line with expectations.
• Managing the product management team members, federating them and helping each of them up skills.
• Establishing clear processes and methods within the product team.

Budget & Reporting
• Contributing to WTTJ financial balance by conciliating UX, business needs and technical constraints.
• Setting up efficient KPIs for the existing and future products, at every step of their lifecycle.
• By being autonomous and making business-enlighten decisions, being decisive in WTTJ strategic decisions.

Team and resources
The HoP will be leading a team of 5 Product Managers, working closely in dedicated squads alongside with the other technology teams:
• Engineering
• Data
• Product design
• Quality
Each squad corresponds to one of Welcome to the Jungle’s product, plus one specializing in external integration.

A close collaboration with the product marketing teams is obviously expected. More generally, the HoP is inherently a cross-functional role, working at WTTJ very core. He/She should have a deep understanding of Welcome to the Jungle organization and every team needs. Thus, he/she acts as an inside facilitator and active contributor.

As one of the most senior members of Welcome to the Jungle, driving pivotal company’s issues, the HoP will:
• Foster close collaboration with every team.
• Contribute to Welcome to the Jungle’s vision.
• Be accountable for and promoting its values.

At Welcome to the Jungle, we are all coming from (really) different backgrounds, that’s our main strength!

Our HoP would be someone with:
• A proven experience (at least 10+ years) in a similar role, within a SaaS or digital scale-up. Experience of integrating teams through acquisition would be a plus.
• International experience (multi-countries/markets, US experience would be a plus).
• A 360 product experience and vision (management & planning, ux, strategy, innovation, budget).
• A strong leadership to build and lead a team and develop a clear vision.
• A proven track record in designing an efficient product organization.
• Excellent communication skills (both speaking and writing). We want you as a spokesperson for WTTJ!

And the following will be also a really nice to have:
• Ideally, you have both BtoB and BtoC experience.
• You have experience working for a disruptive, premium company.
