At the crossing point between Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated by our Growth team and B2B marketing efforts in the DACH region.
Your responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our future German-speaking clients. You’ll aim to understand their needs, introduce our solutions, demonstrate our value in the competitive digital trust and e-signature space, and ultimately deliver to our Account Executive team the essential information needed to close deals.
This role is your entry into a Tech SaaS revenue organisation: you’ll have the chance to launch your career, learn from high-performers and build expertise in our product, market and customers.
Your mission
Handle new leads coming in from marketing: reach out, qualify them, and convert them into opportunities for the Sales team.
Become a true expert in our solution suite to present the most suitable offering for German-speaking prospects.
Own your inbound book of business: track all inbound requests and ensure timely, appropriate follow-up.
Follow our lead-processing workflows and record all relevant information in our CRM (Salesforce).
Your profile
You already have some sales or customer-facing experience (even internship counts).
You have an interest in tech and SaaS.
Native German level and fluent in English is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You can adapt your speech to different situations, respond well to objections, engage and persuade without faltering.
You are rigorous, resilient, and always ready to self-improve in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Experience with a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
