We continuously seek additional buildings to create new buildings in up-and-coming neighborhoods in the main European cities. Through partnerships with real estate investors, buildings can be acquired or let, in order to develop Coliving or Built to Rent residences.
As an Interior design & FF&E Intern, your role is to confirm the interior design moodboards and help select the perfect pieces of furniture to help create the inspiring spaces of our future Urban Campus Residences, Here is what will be expected from you:
Participate in the definition of the interior design and space planning guidelines and specification for tendering
FF&E sourcing & selection, tendering and help with the negotiation with FF&E providers
Analyze FF&E offers according to the interior design project, look for alternatives respecting specifications and budget
Request and/or validate samples and prototypes
Follow-up orders and reminders to suppliers
Support the FF&E installation management & checks onsite visit before the opening
Source new providers / partnerships to complete our Database, especially with sustainable solutions (second hand, upcycling, recycling, local…)
Contribute to the development of the interior design vision of our spaces (balance between private and shared spaces, usage, sustainability, etc.)
The position is based in Paris and will report to the Lead Architect & Project Manager.
Currently enrolled in a University Degree, Interior Design or Architecture, and with capability of signing an Internship Agreement (Convention de stage) or Alternance
Passion for interior design, space planning and user experience with an attention to details and finishes
Good collaboration skills, good self-organization and strong ability to work in a team environment
Complete fluency in French and English. Any other European language is a plus
Knowledge of a AutoCAD and microsoft office pack
Experience in hospitality, student housing is a real plus
