Overview

We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent in both business (Sales, BizOps) and tech (especially Rust developers). A past experience in Software Engineers recruitment is a major plus.

You’ll join the People Team, working on a wide variety of roles, building strong processes, and shaping the candidate experience — all while collaborating closely with our hiring managers.

🔎 In a nutshell, what we look for?

We are looking for a smart and talented team-member to join our People team (HR & Recruitment team). This team is already composed of 4 amazing members (for instance Louis and Chloé). We are looking for a full-time employee (CDI) to start as soon as possible.

🏈 Your future Team

You’ll join the People Team, responsible for supporting Stocklers throughout their journey — from hiring to onboarding to day-to-day happiness at work. The team plays a central role in Stockly’s growth and has already successfully onboarded 90+ amazing talents. You will be focused on recruitment, notably Tech ones.

The team’s mission is structured around 4 key pillars:

  • Lead recruitment across all departments — from sourcing to interviews to offers — to help Stockly grow with the best talent

  • Deliver great candidate experiences and work closely with hiring managers to shape solid, scalable processes

  • Support Stocklers from day one, including onboarding, internal documentation, and coordination with People Ops

  • Foster a strong team culture, with regular events, team rituals, and a welcoming office environment

🧑‍🚀 Your future job

As our new People Recruiter, your #1 mission will be to find and hire amazing Stocklers in both tech and business teams, while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience and maintaining high hiring standards (e.g. 24-hour responses to candidates).

Your responsibilities:

  • Fully own end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding) for:

    • Tech roles: Backend developers (Rust, C++…), Product Managers, etc.

    • Business roles: Key Account Managers, Business Developers, Business Operations, etc.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, write scorecards, and design structured processes

  • Use data to improve sourcing and conversion (KPIs, pipeline health, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the People Team on broader topics: onboarding, events, documentation, internal communication

Déroulement des entretiens

🏎️ Our process goes fast, we are reactive and we adapt to your availabilities, we can typically go through the whole process in 2 weeks:

  1. 30min video-call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team - To understand your background and motivations, and reply to your questions

  2. 45mn exercise to be sent by email - You will have some time to do it at home

  3. 1-hour face to face (or remote) interview with Louis - To have a deeper discussion

  4. Half-a-day immersion at Stockly to meet all the team (on site or in remote) - Meet the team, put yourself in the shoes of a Stockler, ask all your questions
