Reporting to the Technical Director of the ESS (Energy Storage) BU and with the support of a team of experts, you will act as the interface between customers, internal technical teams (sales, development, project management, services) and service providers in the field. You will therefore manage the product lifecycle, from commissioning to end of life.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product developments in series production, manage updates, and oversee end-of-life transitions.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance actions, supervise field interventions, and monitor system performance.
• Provide customer support and monitor contractual commitments to customers, oversee corrective programs and retrofit campaigns.
• Use data to develop reliability, availability, and performance indicators, coordinate technical validations and qualification of developments.
• Manage a team of experts: recruitment and training, performance monitoring, etc., in accordance with the Socomec Leadership Model.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Produce regular reports, collaborate with peers, and maintain effective communication throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or engineering diploma
• More than 8 years' experience in product development and lifecycle management 
• Fluency in English, given the international nature of the position
