Descriptif du poste

At the heart of the organisation, you will join the team in charge of Data Management within the group and participate in structuring governance and tools to improve performance. You will work to improve the quality, consistency and control of data that is essential to our processes.

Under the management of the IT PMO Director, you will ensure the operational implementation of Data Management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Implement data governance mechanisms : roles, processes, committees and coordination of stakeholders (SMEs, data stewards, etc.).
  • Deploy and maintain business data catalogues, formalise management rules and ensure consistency throughout the lifecycle.
  • Define, monitor and analyse quality indicators (completeness, consistency, uniqueness, compliance) and manage correction plans.
  • Design and update data management performance dashboards to support teams and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the selection, integration and continuous improvement of data tools (MDM, DQM, Data Catalog, etc.) and process documentation.
  • Raise awareness among teams, organise training and lead the internal Data community to promote Data culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, data or information systems.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in governance, data quality or project management, acquired in an industrial and international environment.
  • Knowledge of data management concepts and practical experience with office automation/BI tools.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) given the international dimension of the position.

Additional skills that could make you even more unique:

  • Proficiency in an MDM/DQM/Data Catalog tool (Semarchy, Talend, Collibra, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL or equivalent.
