Under the supervision of the Industrialization Manager, you will coordinate teams and ensure the technical, economic, and operational consistency of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial projects in a multi-site context: set objectives, plan key phases, and secure milestones.
• Lead and coordinate the cross-functional industrial team, mobilizing internal expertise to optimize the economic performance of the project.
• Conduct risk and opportunity analyses upstream, estimate resource requirements, and define technical and economic challenges.
• Develop the initial business plan for the project, structure project data, and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to defining industrial flows, traceability, and VSM in collaboration with industrialization departments.
• Participate in resolving any points of friction and contribute to cross-functional topics (tools, methods, testing, supply chain).

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree + 5 years of higher education / engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization in electronics.

·  Minimum 7 years' experience in the development or industrialization of electronic products. 

·  Proficiency in industrialization processes, VSM, and understanding of industrial flows. 

·  English level B2/C1.
