Descriptif du poste

In this position, you will oversee safety, health, and the environment at the Benfeld industrial site, which has approximately 500 employees. Under the management of the HSE Manager, you will support managers in their HSE challenges and contribute to the operational, regulatory, and cultural management of the site. You will be involved in factory, support, innovation, R&D, and laboratory activities.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting managers on a daily basis: advice, field analysis, preventive measures, and safety training.
  • Lead or participate as an HSE expert in industrial projects: refurbishments, new lines, robotization, new machines.
  • Monitoring HSE regulations for the site and ensuring regulatory compliance of equipment and associated controls.
  • Contribute to updating the Single Document and propose risk reduction action plans.
  • Participate in the annual HSE audit program, analyze workplace accidents and near misses, and oversee the associated action plans.
  • Take action on workplace ergonomics, a priority issue for the Benfeld site.
  • Support the rollout of Group HSE standards and change management projects related to safety behavior.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Master's) in Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial environment or electrical services company.
  • Expertise in occupational risk management, machine compliance/Machinery Directive, regulatory monitoring, and HSE technical projects.
  • Professional English (B2).
