Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Power Conversion R&D Director, your role will be to guarantee the robustness and sustainability of the solutions developed at our sites after they have been launched on the market. You will manage application projects, optimize costs through purchasing, coordinate technical validations, and lead a cross-functional team. In this position, you will supervise a team of four people.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the product range development portfolio: prioritization, trade-offs, milestones, KPIs (quality, cost, lead time).
  • Lead quality & reliability initiatives (8D/RCCA), manufacturability, and cost reduction (VA/VE, component alternatives, EoL).
  • Provide N3 technical support: diagnostics, workarounds, corrective measures, capitalization and dissemination of feedback.
  • Maintain regulatory and standards compliance (monitoring, technical files, markings, certificate renewals).
  • Coordinate technical validations and qualification of developments at production sites.
  • Contribute to the budget and the achievement of the range's economic objectives.
  • Direct management of a team dedicated to range monitoring: objectives, support, skills development, evaluation according to the Socomec Leadership Model.
  • Implement clear governance (rituals, dashboards, project reviews) and harmonized processes between sites.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Master's degree in engineering or engineering diploma
  • 10 years' experience in product lifecycle management (product line monitoring/quality/industrialization/VA-VE) and multi-site project management
  • Fluency in English (minimum level B2/C1) given the international dimension of the position
