Reporting to the Industrial Development Manager, you will be involved in industrialization projects and will be responsible for the mechanical aspects of our machines. You will contribute to the design, studies, documentation, manufacturing, and assembly of production equipment, working closely with internal teams and external partners in a demanding industrial environment.

Responsabilities

• Design production equipment from a mechanical perspective, propose technical solutions, and ensure follow‑up of studies.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and in the design of new production equipment.
• Prepare technical specifications for new equipment.
• Lead and monitor the mechanical development of projects, in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Manage, update, and structure mechanical standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in special-purpose machinery or industrialization.
• Strong skills in mechanical design, technical studies, and industrial drafting (2D drawings).
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS and/or Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of Lean tools applied to workstation design and basic understanding of industrial automation.
• Fluent in French and intermediate level in English.
