As part of our scale-up journey, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive – Enterprise to help us accelerate our expansion among strategic and large enterprise accounts. This is a key role to help our clients truly leverage SEO positioning, GEO and Agentic solutions in a very competitive and dynamic momentIn a highly competitive and evolving landscape, this pivotal position is crucial for enabling our clients to truly capitalize on SEO positioning, GEO targeting, and Agentic solutions.

From your very first day, you will benefit from a comprehensive and personalized onboarding program over 3 months, designed to help you:

  • Master every aspect of Semji’s value proposition and product features,

  • Understand our clients’ strategic challenges and how Semji creates impact at scale,

  • Adopt our commercial methodology and get up to speed with our sales tools and processes.

During this period, you’ll evolve in a stimulating and collaborative environment, where you’ll quickly take ownership of your Enterprise territory and start building a qualified pipeline of opportunities.

Once your onboarding period is complete, and after demonstrating your ability to drive deals autonomously, your responsibilities will expand to include:

  • Managing the entire enterprise sales cycle (+1000 employees ).

  • Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers to close deals and create long-term value”

  • Analyzing and understanding customer needs and proposing the appropriate solutions, running custom platform demos, managing negotiation and closing

  • Defining, together with SDRs and Marketing, the account development strategy for your territory.

  • Ensuring smooth handoffs with Customer Success and Account Management teams for signed clients.

  • Mapping and developing strategic accounts, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Actively contributing to the improvement of Semji’s sales playbook, sharing insights, and optimizing processes.

Throughout this journey, you’ll be supported by the Head of Sales, who will provide personalized coaching and guidance to help you reach your goals.

Profil recherché

You have

  • 5+ years of successful experience in SaaS or digital solution sales, ideally in complex or enterprise environments.

  • A C1/C2 level in English proficiency

  • Proven yourself in an international environment, working with multi-site clients and stakeholders from diverse national backgrounds.

  • Proven track record in managing long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic, high-value deals.

  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.

  • Experience with prospecting, pipeline management, and modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement, etc.).

  • A data-driven mindset, and the ability to analyze performance and adapt your strategy accordingly.

You are

  • A true hunter and an exceptional closer.

  • Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented.

  • Capable of quickly understanding business challenges and adapting your pitch to different audiences, from operational users to C-level executives.

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills.

  • Passionate about digital, content, S/GEO, and the impact of AI in marketing.

  • Motivated by growth, performance, and teamwork.
