💡 Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to help us accelerate growth across Southern Europe, with a strong focus on Spain. You’ll own and grow a portfolio of customers across the region, helping teams get maximum value from ScorePlay and turning strong usage into long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of how we scale in one of our most exciting markets.

🧠 What you’ll work on :

Customer success and relationship building

  • Own a portfolio of Southern Europe customers

  • Build trusted relationships with key users and decision-makers.

  • Run structured check-ins to understand workflows, goals, and adoption blockers.

  • Enable customers through training, best practices, and regular value moments.

Retention, renewals, and account health

  • Track customer health and satisfaction, identify risk early, and act quickly.

  • Lead renewals for your portfolio with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment.

  • Maintain accurate tracking and notes in our tools

Expansion and market activation (with Sales)

  • Spot upsell and expansion opportunities within your accounts and drive them forward.

  • Partner closely with Sales to convert customer insights into pipeline and closed growth.

  • Join events and travel to customers when it will move relationships or opportunities forward

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Coordinate with Product and Tech when needed to resolve issues or unblock customers.

  • Share structured feedback from the field to help improve the customer experience.

  • Support on larger projects when an extra set of hands makes the difference.

🧩 What we’re looking for :

  • Based in Spain

  • Bilingual Spanish / English

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role, with ownership of renewals and retention.

  • Comfortable managing a portfolio and staying organized across many moving parts.

  • Commercial mindset: you enjoy spotting opportunity, partnering with Sales, and helping customers grow with the product.

  • High ownership in a fast-moving environment: you take the lead, find answers, and move things forward without needing constant direction.

  • High energy and curiosity. You like challenges and you stay proactive when priorities shift.

Bonus points if you have :

  • Experience in sports, media, or workflow tools.

  • Knowledge of the Southern European sports ecosystem.
