Descriptif du poste

As Content strategist, producer & editor, you will be the conductor of our content ecosystem. Both strategic thinker and hands-on creator, you’ll develop content formats, oversee (and execute) editing, and ensure every piece of content is on-brand, high-performing, and delivered efficiently.

You’ll collaborate with our Head of Communication, while leveraging AI and automation to accelerate production.


Profil recherché

Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Design and iterate scalable content formats (stories, interviews, before/after, etc.)

  • Build and maintain editorial and visual guidelines

  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms and formats

Production & Coordination

  • Coordinate shoots (in-house, remote, or freelance)

  • Manage planning, budgets, and delivery timelines

  • Oversee content pipelines and centralize production assets

Editing & Execution

  • Edit videos for social media (short form, mobile-first, fast-paced)

  • Supervise junior editors, freelancers, and AI tools

  • Apply visual storytelling and dynamic pacing to elevate content

AI & Tool Integration

  • Use and test AI tools for content generation (copy, edit, subtitling, etc.)

  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline production

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor content KPIs with the growth team (views, retention, conversion)

  • Recommend format adaptations or new editorial angles

  • Contribute to feedback loops based on performance data

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy and production

  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of social media content formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

  • Great sense of visual and editorial storytelling

  • Autonomous, organized, and collaborative

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and iterative environment

💡 Bonus

  • Experience managing creators, UGC, or influencer collaborations

  • Familiarity with AI tools

  • Background in branding, growth, or performance marketing

  • Fluent in French and English
