As part of its ambition to train the talents of tomorrow, Primelis is launching a 24-month Graduate Program aimed at high-potential young graduates and offering a fast-track career path towards leadership roles.
The Graduate participant will join a rotational track (two 12-month missions, plus one optional additional mission) during which they will have the opportunity to discover several fields: Organic performance, Paid and Social Strategy, eCommerce, Influence, CRM. Participants will also be offered the opportunity to take an international assignment through a VIE program in New York (USA) or Sao Paolo (Brazil) for a 12-month duration, renewable once.

Structure: 2 rotations of 12 months each
For each rotation, you will take on a new role among:
Organic performance
Paid and Social strategy
eCommerce
Influence
CRM
International mobility: one of the rotations may be completed as a VIE in New York (USA) or São Paulo (Brazil) for 12 months, renewable once.
Client environment: premium clients in an international context
Mentoring: you will be supported by a mentor to guide you during your program and help you develop your skills.
For each rotation, responsibilities may include:
Defining the digital strategy and providing operational support to premium clients within the covered area of expertise
Implementing and monitoring the execution of the strategy : monitoring sales, generated traffic, ROI, …
Working in coordination with other consultants involved on complementary levers to ensure overall performance
Collaborating with the Development and Data teams to co-construct the product roadmap for our software evolution
Potential involvement in pre-sales activities and tender processes
Contract: Permanent contract (CDI) — 24-month program + 12 additional months if optional mission included
Location: Primelis headquarters (France), with possible international rotations (New York or São Paulo)
