We’re growing fast and are looking for two motivated Account Managers to join our team and strengthen our client relationships. This critical role will empower our Account Executives (AEs) to focus on new business acquisition while you take ownership of client satisfaction and engagement, ensuring they get the most from Mendo’s platform.
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving adoption and maximizing client impact. If you have a proven track record in Account Management within large enterprises and are excited about tech, we’d love to meet you!
👥 Client Onboarding & Engagement: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, create project timelines, and host key meetings with upper management involvement as needed.
🤝 Relationship Management: Conduct regular check-ins with clients for updates and feedback, offering continuous support to help clients fully utilize Mendo’s platform.
🚀 Deployment & Strategy: Oversee deployment strategies tailored to client goals, monitor feature usage, and recommend effective next steps.
📊 Reporting & Analysis: Configure and deliver reports with actionable insights; lead quarterly calls to review ROI and strategize for future engagement.
🌱 Account Health & Growth: Ensure account health and satisfaction, drive retention, manage renewals, and align terms with client needs.
🎮 Gamification & Improvement: Implement gamification strategies to boost platform engagement; oversee pilot projects to guarantee success and readiness for full deployment.
✔️ Account Management Experience: 3+ years in Account Management, ideally with large enterprise clients.
✔️ Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in French and English.
✔️ Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of tech, especially in generative AI.
✔️ Upsell Driven: Passionate about uncovering upsell opportunities and securing renewals.
✔️ Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to anticipate and address the unique challenges of large enterprises.
