INCO Academy is looking for a French-speaking Data Analytics Facilitator to support learners in an upcoming cohort of the Google Data Analytics Certificate programme.

The facilitator will guide learners throughout their learning journey, deliver live sessions, and support learner engagement through mentoring, Slack communication, and occasional one-on-one support.

Start date: you would need to be available from mid-April for an onboarding to get ready to support our next cohort starting in May

• Estimated time commitment:
  Approximately 13 hours per week, which typically includes:

  • 2-hour live session delivery

  • Session preparation and review of materials

  • Responding to learner questions on Slack

  • 1:1 support sessions with learners when needed

  • Participation in team meetings and coordination with the program team

• Contract type:
  Freelance / contractor (consultant agreement). Candidates must be able to invoice for their services.

Main Responsibilities

The facilitator will support the program by:

• Delivering onboarding sessions for new cohorts

• Delivering weekly live sessions and practical workshops based on the course curriculum

• Supporting learners through Slack communication, answering questions and guiding discussions

• Providing 1:1 support sessions to help learners with technical or career oriented questions

• Encouraging learner motivation and engagement throughout the program

• Helping learners apply course concepts through practical exercises and real-world examples

• Collaborating with the INCO Academy team and participating in regular team meetings

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in French and comfortable facilitating sessions in French

• Has good proficiency in English for collaboration with the international team

• Has knowledge or experience in data analytics, particularly tools used in the Google Data Analytics Certificate such as spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau, Python, basic data cleaning and data analysis concepts

• Has experience in training, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching, ideally in online environments

• Is comfortable working with virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, video conferencing platforms, and the Google Workspace (Google Suite)

• Is interested in supporting learners who may face barriers to employment
