As a Graphic Design Intern, you will collaborate with all departments (Sales, Marketing, Scientific, Editorial…) on a variety of visual communication projects, both online and offline. You will also liaise with our graphic suppliers.
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer and Scientific Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and managing visual layouts for various communication materials such as newsletters, flyers, catalogs, banner ads, social media graphics, and other artworks…
- Creating floor plans for our events, including circulation flow, booth layout, and exhibition furniture placement
- Designing signage, booth visuals, printed & digital documents, and other merchandising material required for our events
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
Fluent in French and English (native or C1/C2 level)
Knowledge of graphic design techniques and media. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in the use of AI tools such as MidJourney
Basic knowledge of HTML and motion design is a plus, but not a must
A good eye for composition, with a passion for creating creative content and print layouts
Able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different teams simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a Mac environment
