As a Team Leader Account Payables (m/f/d) you will report to the International Finance Manager France, Belgium & Iberica in the Finance department based in Obernai Europe  for a CDI contract.

Account payables is a critical function in every finance department. It requires a number of both "soft and hard" skills to be truly successful.

By joining the Account Payable team, you will play a key role in ensuring that expenses in the P&L reflect the company's economic reality.

What you will do?

• Support and supervise a team of 9 people,
• Automating and digitizing purchase-to-pay processes,
• Making sure that vendors are paid on time, to the correct bank account,
• Optimising working capital on the payables side (terms of payment) and discounts,
• Analyze reports and performance indicators,
• Take part to the international AP community and work on Group international projects,
• Ensuring the reality and compliance of deductible VAT, territoriality regimes and information in invoices,
• Determining and accounting for monthly provisions for recurring expenses and non-recurring expenses (along with Controlling).

Description du profil :

What about you ?

• You have approx. 5-10 years of experience including:

• Significant accounting experience in an industrial company
• Full professional proficiency in English, German is a plus
• People management
• SAP knowledge

International experience

• You are able to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment
• You are recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships
