As an Account Executive (International Markets), you will help expand Greenly’s footprint across Europe, the UK, and the US, targeting mid-market companies (250–5,000 employees) and large corporates navigating carbon management and regulatory compliance (CSRD and others).
This role is a hunter-closer position, responsible for managing complex B2B SaaS sales cycles, from self-generated leads to closing deals with C-level stakeholders and sustainability leaders. 🤝
Reporting to our International Sales Director, you will collaborate closely with the SDR team and other Account Executives while building your pipeline.
💡 Understand client challenges around carbon footprint management, ESG strategy, and regulatory compliance
🚀 Lead consultative sales cycles, from discovery and demo to negotiation and closing
🤝 Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, sustainability leaders, and finance stakeholders
📈 Build and manage a healthy pipeline, combining SDR-generated leads and self-generated opportunities
📊 Track performance through CRM, maintain accurate forecasts, and refine your sales strategy
🌍 Contribute to establishing Greenly as the go-to carbon management platform in international markets
You are a great fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience with outbound prospecting or business development
Have a proven track record of closing complex deals and managing long sales cycles
Are quasi-native in English (written and spoken) 🌎
Excel at consultative selling, negotiation, and building partnerships with senior stakeholders
Are familiar with structured sales methodologies such as SPIN and MEDDICC, and have experience applying them throughout the sales cycle 🔗
Thrive in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Are highly autonomous, organized, and results-driven 🔭
Bring strong listening, storytelling, and persuasion skills
Are comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Have a strong interest in climate, ESG, or the energy transition 🌱
Nice to have:
Experience with sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha)
Fluency in French or another European language 💬
