Deliver projects related to CRM: build and review basic & advanced segments, build and review marketing automation workflows, define how to best measure CRM activations (AB Tests, control groups…), analyse databases and CRM past activations to build recommendations
Support the development of AI models to enhance and improve CRM activations
Define business requirements to ensure CRM tools’ development is aligned with the business strategy
Analyse data and structure relevant information for the client’s benefit, in consistency with business indicators specific to their industry (eg. mobile operators, retail, travel, etc.)
Meet clients’ needs and pay strong attention to the quality of all deliverables
Occasional travel possible, within Switzerland or abroad (including Paris)
Education and Experience
Master’s degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma
Experience in digital marketing, consulting firms, marketing or business intelligence software, or media agencies
Experience in CRM (ideally B2C) and good understanding of the notion of segmentation, marketing automation and associated measurements
Working with marketing automation tools and segmentation tools
Knowledge of the main challenges in CRM
Skills and Interests
Fluent in French & English and excellent communication, oral and written
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analysis, statistical software and data vizualization tool
Good business and market understanding
Client-facing skills
Good team spirit
