Feedier is looking for a CSM lead to join our Customer Success team.
There are 3 challenges we are trying to solve,
Grow our Book of Business’s net value and growing our NRR.
Build the first playbook for upsell/cross-sell within our portfolio
Lead the current Customer Success team (career development, coaching, help on renewals, etc.)
This is not a “hands-off” job; the team needs help with the work itself and on scaling the team in a way that benefits both clients and team.
If we play it right, it’ll be the best career opportunity to develop Customer Success and account management in a growing and ambitious AI startup.
Must have,
At least 3 years in a Customer Success team
Comfortable in both English and French
Previous management experience
Excellent communication
Tech product experience
Good to have,
CX skills (NPS, Healthscore, etc.)
