YOUR MISSION

Within Group Strategy & Marketing Transformation, the Sales & Marketing Ops is in charge of supporting Business Units to reach their full potential on organic growth levers.

The Growth Strategy Intern will support the Business Excellence team on 3 main areas:

Perform Business Intelligence Strategic Analysis

  • Consolidate and challenge Key Performances Indicators to identify areas of improvements
  • Prepare Excel models, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations to help the business units scale their sales campaigns
  • Conduct benchmarks

Identify levers to increase Sales Performances

  • Collect Best practices from Edenred Business Units and from external researches
  • Analyze data and provide valuable insights to the business units
  • Build action plan to help BUs to accelerate their growth

Reinforce & Share Edenred Expertise on Sales & Marketing

  • Create content to structure/synthetize Edenred Expertise (Excel Dashboards, Playbook, Workshops)
  • Interact with Edenred Business Units (Teams, Calls, Workshops) to share Edenred Expertise

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Education & experience

  • Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
  • A first successful internship experience in consulting, finance, sales or similar fast-paced environment is a plus

Competencies

  • Motivated team player
  • Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)
  • Good business sense
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written)
  • Rigorous, organized and attention to details
  • Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)

Languages required

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German
