About the role 🚀

We're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer who thrives at the crossroads of data modeling, engineering, and analytics.

You’ll be the cornerstone of our data stack — shaping the architecture, building scalable foundations, and turning data into powerful insights that accelerate product, business, and operational performance.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who’s not only technically strong and autonomous, but also excited to collaborate across teams and shape the future of our data platform.

You should be able to work with minimum supervision, advise on the best technologies, and have a strong operational knowledge of the modern data stack

Main responsibilities

Architecture & analytics engineering

  • Design, build and scale our modern data platform from the ground up.
  • Own the development of automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data from various sources (SAP, Salesforce, Production, EV charging monitoring systems, external/internal APIs, etc.). Ensure data quality, reliability, consistency, and lineage across the organization, while maintaining and enhancing master data management processes and contributing to the development of our data governance framework.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Design and maintain scalable, dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) to support operational, financial, commercial and product teams, ensuring clarity, performance, and usability.
  • Translate raw data into actionable & strategic insights — think charging station performance, feature adoption, ROI tracking, and more.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams to identify their data and reporting needs.
  • Provide support and training to business users to maximize the adoption and impact of BI tools.

Tech Watch & Innovation

  • Keep our stack sharp: Identify new solutions and tools to enhance data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Continuously propose improvements to systems and processes related to data management.

Preferred Experience

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or equivalent role.
  • Previous experience in industrial, energy, or tech environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in SQL and data modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schema, dbt).
  • Proven experience with the modern data stack (e.g., dbt, Airflow, BigQuery,
  • Airbyte/Fivetran, Looker/Power BI/Tableau/Metabase).
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Experience in integrating and utilizing APIs to connect various data systems.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and modeling

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of data to extract actionable
  • insights
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on performance improvement.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong teaching ability to train non-technical users on dashboard usage.
  • Clear communicator, able to translate complex data into actionable insights

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem or IoT infrastructures (a plus).
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
