The role

As Global VP Sales, you are the architect of international growth. Your role is to transform Displayce’s strategic vision into flawless commercial execution across all our markets. You lead a team of leaders (Regional Director and Sales Managers) to ensure the scalability of the model and the achievement of ambitious revenue targets, while remaining grounded in the reality on the ground.

What will be your impact?

As a Global VP Sales, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Strategy & Scalability

  • International Roadmap: Define the global commercial strategy and adapt it to local specificities (Europe, LATAM, Middle East, new markets).

  • Arbitration: Make decisions with a significant financial and organisational impact.

  • Standardisation: Ensure that sales processes are scalable and replicable from one country to another.

2. Business Management & Impact LeaderShip Team

  • Key Performance Indicators: Manage overall P&L, ARR, and contribution margins by geographical area.

  • Representation: Be the voice of the Sales department to the LeaderShip Team, aligning commercial objectives with the company’s overall strategy.

  • Operational: Maintain an active role in the field by supporting high-level strategic deals (Large Accounts) and maintaining close relationships with major partners (JCDecaux, global agency groups).

3. Large-scale management and leadership

  • Leading leaders: Managing and coaching a team of 8 senior profiles (regional director and sales managers).

  • Culture & Exemplarity: Promoting Displayce’s values and maintaining a culture of excellence and high performance within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Alignment: Ensuring smooth communication between local (country) and global functions.


Profil recherché

You will be a good fit if you have

  • 10+ years in the digital advertising industry, with a strong background in programmatic advertising, media buying platforms, or SaaS.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires changing context several times a day covering an international dimension within the sales director role.

  • Ability to engage in high-level strategic conversations with C-suite executives at global media agencies, translating business needs into long-term value-driven partnerships.

  • Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams and aligning regional efforts with broader company goals, ensuring scalable and sustainable business development.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Déroulement des entretiens

We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills, and passion. We celebrate all types of skills and backgrounds, so even if you don’t feel your skills entirely match what’s listed above, we still want to hear from you! All interviews are conducted both virtually and at our offices.

Our hiring process includes three steps over approximately two weeks:

  • 1. Pre-qualification Interview (45 minutes): An initial discussion to assess your background and fit for the role with our CEO.

  • 2. Interview (1 hour) : with our VP, Stratégic Partnerships and our CTO

  • 3. Final Meeting (30 minutes): A concluding discussion with Jean Christophe Conti ( VIOOH CEO)
