As a Data Analyst OPS Intern, You will report to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for: building dashboards and developing key performance indicators to effectively monitor activity and measure operational performance across various areas of the Operations team. Your missions will include data management, process optimisation, and logistical support. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment while contributing to the efficient and secure handling of biological samples and patients’ data collection.

Mission and responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

• Develop and maintain dashboards on Metabase to monitor operational and strategic KPIs

• Structure the BI environment to ensure consistent navigation and intuitive data presentation (filters, naming conventions, dashboard logic)

• Contribute to the analysis of operational performance through velocity indicators, activity trends, and flow monitoring

Strategic Analysis & Board Preparation

• Support the preparation of board-level presentations by generating charts, trends, and forecasts related to volumes, stock, and performance

• Deliver data-driven insights and structured materials to inform decision-making

Process Structuring & Documentation

• Take part in process improvement initiatives and help formalize scalable workflows

Operational Support & Project Coordination

• Follow up on logistics-related tasks (pick-up requests, deliveries, coordination with couriers)

• Consolidate project timelines, automate reporting (Excel, Google Sheets), and support project tracking with a structured, PM-oriented approach

Contract type

• 6-12 month internship or apprenticeship

Date to start

• ASAP or January 2026

• Master’s-level student enrolled in a general engineering course with a focus on operations and/or data management, and a strong interest in pursuing a career in the life sciences industry or a related field.

• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools: Metabase, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level)

• Solid command of Python for building custom analyses, generating trend charts, and supporting quantitative modeling

• Organized and rigorous, with a clear ability to document processes and navigate a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English

• Engineering background with a strong interest in data analysis, process design, and project management

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and autonomy

• 1st interview: visio with Omar, Head of Operations (1h)

• 2nd interview: visio – Data OPS practical case (1h)

• 3rd interview: on-site with the COO and 2 peoples from other teams (1h)
