As a Revenue Performance & Analytics Intern, you will support the commercial team in improving occupancy and revenue performance across Cohabs’ global portfolio. You will help turn data into clear insights, contribute to dashboards and reporting, and assist cross-functional projects with Marketing and Tech (e.g., CRM/HubSpot implementation, lead journey improvements, performance tracking).
You will also contribute to:
Performance management materials (KPI decks, weekly/monthly reviews)
Sales team training & onboarding (playbooks, process documentation)
Competitive intelligence (market benchmarking, competitor analysis)
Strategic projects such as yield management optimization and CRM implementation (HubSpot)
You have strong analytical mindset; comfortable with numbers and structured thinking
You are able to synthesize into clear, action-oriented insights
You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
You have English working proficiency (international environment)
Ideally, it’s an end-of-studies internship.
