Feedback Wizard: Collect and analyze community feedback (NPS, CSAT, etc.), then share key insights with the team to keep improving.
Room Whisperer: Follow up on room occupancy and ensure every new member’s onboarding experience runs smoothly.
Partnership Builder: Hunt for exciting partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands that bring extra perks to our community.
