We’re looking for a Business Ops Manager to lead and scale the daily operations of our Global Purchasing offer — the service allowing hundreds of clients to buy, ship and repair their IT devices across 60+ countries.

You’ll play a key role at the heart of our business, ensuring operational excellence, designing scalable processes, and continuously improving the customer and partner experience.


✨ Your mission

As a Business Ops Manager, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for suppliers, and logistics partners, ensuring smooth communication and fast issue resolution

  • Oversee end-to-end order management, defining and implementing key processes for each market to guarantee top-tier service quality

  • Support clients and their employees when they face operational questions or requests

  • Build and optimise internal tools and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to automate and improve recurring processes, both in the back-office and product

  • Collaborate with the support team to optimize customer experience


Profil recherché

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup or logistics-driven environment

  • Are structured, analytical, and hands-on, capable of identifying problems and designing simple, scalable solutions

  • Enjoy building processes from scratch and continuously improving them

  • Communicate clearly — with clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike

  • Are comfortable working in an English-speaking, fast-changing environment

  • And above all, want to help shape the way SMEs manage their IT worldwide
