We’re looking for a Business Ops Manager to lead and scale the daily operations of our Global Purchasing offer — the service allowing hundreds of clients to buy, ship and repair their IT devices across 60+ countries.
You’ll play a key role at the heart of our business, ensuring operational excellence, designing scalable processes, and continuously improving the customer and partner experience.
✨ Your mission
As a Business Ops Manager, you will:
Be the main point of contact for suppliers, and logistics partners, ensuring smooth communication and fast issue resolution
Oversee end-to-end order management, defining and implementing key processes for each market to guarantee top-tier service quality
Support clients and their employees when they face operational questions or requests
Build and optimise internal tools and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to automate and improve recurring processes, both in the back-office and product
Collaborate with the support team to optimize customer experience
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup or logistics-driven environment
Are structured, analytical, and hands-on, capable of identifying problems and designing simple, scalable solutions
Enjoy building processes from scratch and continuously improving them
Communicate clearly — with clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike
Are comfortable working in an English-speaking, fast-changing environment
