We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to drive user-centric design across our web and mobile products. You’ll lead efforts to understand how users interact with our platforms, translate insights into efficient solutions, and continuously improve flows and interfaces through rigorous testing and data-driven optimization.
As a core member of our product team, you’ll partner with Product Manager, Developers, Customer Success and Sales team to champion usability and craft intuitive experiences that delight users and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead user research and usability testing sessions across platforms.
Analyze user flows, behavioral data, and test results to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
Translate user needs and product requirements into thoughtful UX solutions and interactive prototypes.
Design and refine intuitive UI components, screens, prototypes, and interaction patterns.
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design and behaviors.
Maintain, and evolve design systems and best practices.
Advocate for design decisions grounded in user research, quantitative data, and industry best practices.
Measure and monitor the impact of design changes using relevant KPIs and analytics tools, iterating as needed.
3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (web and mobile).
Strong practice in user testing methodologies (A/B testing, task analysis, usability studies).
Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred)
Demonstrable experience turning quantitative and qualitative data into actionable design decisions.
Experience mapping user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns.
Strong visual design fundamentals and understanding of modern UI principles.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of presenting design rationale to cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with iterative feedback loops.
