About the Role

As part of the expansion of our teams, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous IT Operations Engineer to ensure the availability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure.
You will join the IT Operations team and play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal availability and performance.

• Participate in the deployment and maintenance of environments (servers, tools, pipelines, etc.).

• Maintain and regularly update technical documentation.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes (automation, optimization).

• Work closely with Development and Operations teams to ensure platform stability by analyzing root causes and proposing corrective actions.

• Manage access rights, backups, and security policies.

Profile & Skills

• Initial successful experience as an IT Operations Engineer or Systems Administrator.

• Strong working knowledge of Linux environments.

• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, etc.).

• Automation skills (Shell scripting, Ansible, Node.js, etc.).

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (OVH, AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail in processes and documentation, service-oriented mindset, and good interpersonal skills.

• On-call duties may be required.
