We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Payment and Fraud Management Intern !
You will join a team whose mission is to make it easier for Ankorstore retailers to buy rather than on any other platform.
Main responsibilities
As part of the Payment & Fraud Management team, you will work on several projects that we lead to reach our mission:
Finance operations: Ensure smooth payment operations, interacting with retailers (in particular leading the recovery purposes) and brands
Payment project management: drive projects that enhance retailers’ & brands’ Payment XP, in coordination with Tech, Product, Data, Market, CX, Logistics, Core Finance, as well as external providers (Stripe, Hokodo, Atradius, Ravelin).
Fraud management: manage the fraud prevention setup to protect AKS against financial and reputational harm, while protecting AKS retailers and brands from impersonation from fraudulent actors.
Requirements
Graduating from a Business or Engineering School (or academic equivalent)
End-of-study internship or gap year internship for engineering or business school
Fluent in French
Very good English level
Strong communication skills
Sense of initiative, creativity, and thoroughness
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Additional skills that would add value :
Knowledge in Payment or Fraud
Strong analytical skills
Interest in payments and sensitivity to technological / digital subjects
