As our Founding Account Manager, you will own the entire post-sale client journey, from the moment a contract is signed to long-term expansion. You will be the primary point of contact for our fashion brand clients, responsible for onboarding them onto the platform, building scalable processes from scratch, and growing revenue through upsell and cross-sell.
Today, much of what we do is manual. Your mission is to turn that into a structured, repeatable machine, while maintaining the quality of relationship that got us to 150 brands. You will work at the intersection of the product team, the tech team, and the founders to ensure every client gets maximum value from Kleep.
This is a hands-on, strategic position for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, is comfortable building everything from zero, and can speak credibly with C-level decision makers (CDOs, CTOs, CEOs) at major fashion brands.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client onboarding: Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, coordinating integration across major CMS platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Prestashop, Magento, etc.).
- Process building: Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding, support, and account management, replacing manual workflows with structured systems.
- Account management & growth: Manage the ongoing relationship with clients, drive product adoption, and identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Client communication: Run strategic meetings (QBRs, business reviews) with senior client stakeholders, presenting performance data, ROI, and product roadmap.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, Lead Engineer, and product team to relay client feedback, flag technical issues,
and ensure smooth delivery.
- Support & troubleshooting: Act as the first line of response for client questions, demonstrating enough technical fluency to resolve most issues autonomously without escalating.

Preferované skúsenosti

Aligned with Kleep’s culture and vision:
- You have 3 to 8 years of experience, ideally with exposure to SaaS, e-commerce, or retail/fashion tech.
- You have proven experience in account management, client operations, or a similar client-facing role where you owned revenue outcomes (upsell, cross-sell, retention), not just satisfaction metrics.
- You are technically fluent: you understand CMS integrations, APIs, and data feeds well enough to speak confidently with both clients and engineers. You don’t need to code, but you can hold your own in a technical conversation.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders (CDOs, CTOs, Heads of E-commerce) and know how to carry yourself in those discussions.
- You thrive in early-stage environments: you understand that no one is going to hand you a playbook — you’ll write it yourself.
- You are autonomous and resourceful. When a problem comes up, your instinct is to solve it, not to escalate it.
- You are structured and process-oriented, with a natural ability to turn chaos into systems.
