KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • The Europe Marketing Manager will develop and execute the downstream marketing plan including specific tactics per country to meet the business objectives
  • S/he will define new product market launch plans and develop value proposition, clear product differentiation, key messages and sales tools in collaboration with the Upstream Marketing , the Marcom, the clinical and the sales teams.
  • S/he will develop and manage a robust lead generation funnel and prepare impactful campaign content and sales enablement tools across different channels
  • S/he will monitor marketing activities, efficiency and business impact through key performance metrics and monthly reports
  • S/he will work closely with KOL and organize webinars, round tables, workshops, symposiums in collaboration with the Marcom and the clinical teams.
  • S/he will create key messages from new clinical guidelines/ important peer reviewed publications, in collaboration with the clinical team, and develop dissemination plan with the sales team.

Preferované skúsenosti

IDEAL EXPERIENCE :

  • 5 years of progressive commercial marketing management experience with a successful record of accomplishments with both large and smaller companies.
  • Medical device/healthcare industry experience is a must. Product management of capital experience and digital solution is preferred.
  • Experience as a marketer on technical products communicating directly to customers, and more importantly, effectively communicating to customer through field sales.
  • Experience in development of lead generation activities and marketing automation tools (like Sales Force and Pardot) is a must.
  • Successful experience in increasing lead generation in different European countries.
  • Successful execution of new product launches that have resulted in enhanced revenue and market share.
  • Proven ability in growing sales, changing perception, and solving customer problems by collaborating across organizations. Collaborates and openly debates with the cross-functional team to manage programs and solve challenging issues.
  • Leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability demonstrating a strong sense of urgency about reaching targets.
  • Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI.
  • Proficient with budgets, analysis.
