Are you passionate about solving customer, business, and technology puzzles? We are looking for a new Product Owner / Product Manager to join our team.

At Diabolocom, you will:

• Collaborate with customers, marketing, sales, and user supports to understand and anticipate market needs, keeping our product development philosophy in mind:

1. Adequacy to real needs (pragmatism)
2. Business orientation (focus on the service provided to actors in the field)
3. Ease of use (ergonomics and user experience)
4. Openness (integration capabilities, APIs)

• Translate feature requests, business strategy, and market opportunities into product priorities
• Participate in the definition of product strategy and roadmap to deliver value iteratively
• Write highly customer-focused specifications and user stories
• Define the scope of sprints/releases with our agile cross-functional development teams
• Assist our development teams throughout sprints and manage testing activities with our QA engineers
• Create and maintain user documentation (offline and online, with a focus on online contextual help)

What you’ll bring:

• Engineering School Degree
• 2+ years’ Product Management experience
• A genuine interest in technology and a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions in modern consumer technologies
• A strong sense of User Experience and ergonomics
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on start-up culture
• Excellent English and French communication skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities
