About this role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer, Trust & Safety to design user experiences that quietly but powerfully protect Yubo’s users. This isn’t just about warnings and reports. It’s about creating flows and tools that reduce harm before it happens, and without users even taking notice of it.
You’ll be the first dedicated designer focused on this area, and a core part of our cross-functional Trust & Safety (T&S) squad. As such, you will be the sole representative for the design team within that squad, and collaborate closely with PMs, software engineers, data scientists, and moderators who are at the frontlines of user safety at Yubo.

Co-lead the T&S product squad with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to set goals, define experiments, and drive measurable safety impactDesign internal tooling for moderators and investigation teams to work faster and smarterPartner with data and ML teams to uncover behaviour patterns, run A/B tests and rapidly validate hypotheses; kill or evolve solutions based on clear safety KPIsContinuously analyze usage data, conduct research, and perform competitor analysis to guide design decisions.Contribute to Yubo’s design system with a focus on consistency and accessibility in safety-related UXTools we use
