YourArt is seeking a talented individual who possesses both researcher mind and engineering skills. We use AI at many levels, including e-commerce recommendation systems, Art History Matching, Artwork classification, Visual Search engines, and still many parts of the future product.

Responsibilities

As potential future leader of a Machine Learning team and one of the first Tech employees, you’ll have to be highly innovative and rigorous is the very various ML projects you’ll have to tackle, and feel at ease both in Research & Prod environments.

Your missions will include :

• Propose & develop Machine learning models to tackle various projects, keeping in mind their future industrialization (e.g. favor light & simple models)

• Implement, test these models choosing the right metrics regarding their business value

• Push these models to Production, and monitor their performance

• Work closely with other Tech team members and especially Backend Engineers in Agile Environment

• Communicate and synthesize your work for other YourArt members

Qualifications

• 📐 Strong mathematical background

• 🧑‍🏭 Good MLOps practices, with knowledge of tools like mlflow

• 💥 Proficiency in Scikit-learn & Pytorch

• 🧠 Experience in NLP / Computer Vision / RecSys (at least one of them)

• 📡 Experience in a Python API Framework (Flask, FastApi)

• ☁️ Experience working in Cloud environments (Gcloud or AWS)

• 🏆 Experience in A/B testing in a Production environment.
